    Business case:
    Internet StartUp needed to create media gallery multy-site management system. It should include user and user’s rights management, messaging system (sms, e-mail), media file (videos, images, documents etc) management, and many other aspects.
    Technical peculiarities:None of the external data exchange gates were defined prior the development process.
    Organizational peculiarities:
    We had to estimate this project in advance prior the detailed specification was created. Project was done on a fixed cost basis, using SCRUM methodology. Dedicated software development team was operating in highly complicated environment of constantly changing customer business requirements.
