- Business case:
One of the brunches of oil processing company had to create and apply automated system for emergancy situation localization staff training. It had to be the part of emergency situation solving plans. It had to be based on the real time emergency solving strategy and to be interactive.
- Technical peculiarities:
System is to be self-adoptive, easy to use, ready to customer self-support activities.
- Organizational peculiarities:
All the customer requirement clarification activities were processed in the customer office located. Customer had no prior experience in dealing with software development companies. We had no prior experience in oil and gas industry.
